At Tiens Cafe, our beef pho is the dish we're proudest of. Beef bones and spices are simmered low and slow for hours to draw out a broth that's clear, bright and beautifully layered. We pair it with freshly sliced beef, springy beef balls and smooth rice noodles, finished with crisp bean sprouts, scallion and cilantro. Comforting yet satisfying, it's our most heartfelt take on tradition.
